Sadly, June is our last month in this tropical paradise. Amazingly there are yet more rivers and waterfalls and beaches to set our feet upon! Meghan finally got a chance to see the baby turtles emerging from the sands and crawling for the ocean, and the one night we stayed in Grande Riviere we saved at least 3 dozen babies who had been led astray by artificial lights. We took the motorbike over to Tobago for one last tour about the island, which was a great way to make a few more lasting memories with some great friends. The motorbike got sold, our lovely neighbours at Hibiscus Court threw us a wonderful barbeque, and Amoy was coaxed out to Asa Wright with us for some great nature viewing.

A huge thank you to all of the lovely and giving people we've met down here over the past year, especially our neighbours: Derek and Camille and family, Amoy, Penny and Mark and Adam and Sarah, Uncle Tac, and Wendy and Sam. You all really made our time in Trinidad a fantastic year. Trinis have the most welcoming smiles and always have time to lime! Come lime with us in Canada anytime.
